Technical Introduction: "Press Integration Processing Technology for Terminal Components of Automotive Batteries"
Achieving 3D integral molding through pressing from a metal round bar.
This technology involves cutting a wire with a circular cross-section to create a round bar material, forming flat surfaces on the sides of the round bar so that the end faces take shape, and integrally molding a three-dimensional battery terminal component with protrusions through crushing processing of the round bar material. The terminal components produced using this technology are integrated (three-dimensional integral molding) by a crushing process that "expands the base while pushing down" from the round bar, allowing for the integration of components consisting of two points. By eliminating such risks, the reliability of the terminal components is enhanced, and it is believed that this will significantly contribute to performance improvements in components from fields other than terminal components. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
